MY STORY

I started this business in August 2020. I was stressed and overwhelmed with nursing school. My then fiancé, Austin, told me I needed to find a hobby and do something I enjoy. I was into making and creating videos for my dads business, motorcycle races, and things I did with my friends. My mom encouraged me and told me she saw talent in what I did. So I bought my first camera and stopped using my phone to create videos. Little did I know it would turn into this business and I would begin filming weddings. I LOVE filming weddings for couples and creating something beautiful they can go back and watch to remember the best day of their lives by.

I'VE HIKED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE GRAND CANYON AND BACK IN A DAY

It was 17+ miles and was almost the death of me. My husband and I hiked this on our honeymoon and it was great test to the start of our marriage.

I HAVE A TWIN SISTER

We are fraternal and opposite in every single way. Literally. She's left handed, I'm right. She has curly hair, I have straight. She's an extrovert, I'm an introvert. Total opposites. And no we don't have twin telepathy lol.

I HAVE A MOTORCYCLE LICENSE

I drove a ninja to school in high school when the weather was nice. Riding has always been a part of my family's life on my dad's side. Riding always felt so freeing to me.

I ORIGINALLY WANTED TO BE AN ENGLISH TEACHER WHEN I STARTED IN COLLEGE

Then I found out how poorly teachers were paid in NC and shifted my path. Props to all the amazing teachers out there with big hearts for children.

MY HUSBAND AND I'S GOAL IS TO VISIT ALL 50 STATES WHILE HIKING MOST OF THE NATIONAL PARKS

We aren't professional hikers, but love hiking and bringing our baby boy along.

ME

I am the mama of a sweet little one year old named Judah. We chose the name Judah for him because it means "praise," and we want him to grow up always praising the Lord.

I'm a lover of Jesus and iced coffee. I've recently gotten into reading and am finding myself drawn to romance stories (makes sense since I adore wedding days so much right?)

I love to hike and explore this beautiful world God has given us. I am drawn to places with mountains and spectacular views. I chose nature over big cities any day.

I'm naturally an introvert, but being in the wedding industry 4+ years now has really helped me step out of that. I still prefer a night in over going out most days and tend to enjoy cozy nights at home with my family.

Most weekends if I'm not filming a wedding, you can find me hanging out with friends or at the river with family. I enjoy spending Sunday's in church with the people I love.

That's my life and who I am. I love this life I live. I love capturing others love stories, and I hope to capture yours!
